STARTECH Land Rover Defender 90 Yachting Edition

Would love to pick up one of these. Looks sick. I love this as much as the Mercedes G-Wagon.

Might as well call it the bowling edition or something stupid....

I stopped reading the article after "The Land Rover Defender and Mercedes Gelandewagen (G-Class) are the epitome of true off-road vehicles. " uhhhhh lol

What's so different about this defender?

nack 12-09-2010 10:35 PM

hows the elect-oh wait :troll:

GabAlmighty 12-09-2010 10:59 PM

Besides the headlight assembly, I love it. It's got a very old school look to it, back to the basics.

And the G-wagen and defender are indeed very good offroad machines...

Actually they are. The G-Wagen is used around the world in various armies (often replacing old Jeeps and running along side Humvees), and the Defender (also a military vehicle) is very capable off-road.

Nightwalker 12-09-2010 11:47 PM

Looks BEAUTIFUL! I love it!

The only thing not perfect to me is around the headlights, not that I really think I'd change it.

I love how people who don't know shit about shit keep posting all these ignorant comments that only make themselves look dumb.

The coolest thing about seeing modern Land Rover Defenders, is the license plates. The last one I saw on the island had Swedish plates! Roadtripping around the world =D

Phil@rise 12-10-2010 12:16 PM

why mess with a perfectly good defender 90?

tofu1413 12-10-2010 01:47 PM

i think the original standard version is better..

i mean look at those seats. belongs in a sports car/ track spec car.
