water leak
 

sorry dont know if this is the right area to post but i have a water leak in my car does anyone know a local shop that would be able to fix i need it done asap

What car is it?

its a 94 integra leak is on the passenger side foot well ive looked on forums but i can only fond problems with second gen not 3rd kemme know

water leaks are always a big problem in finding the source. I suggest you find the source yourself and then bring the specific problem to a mechanic to fix.

to get you started, you need to spray alot of water on the exterior of the car and start looking at some usual spots for water leaks. They are:

1. rubber seals around the sun roof

2. rubber gomments in the passenger firewall

3. a/c evaporator

4. fresh air inlet

5. any rubber seal in the footwell area

What colour is the water.
Passenger foot well leads me to think a broken heater core as the first thing to check.

take apart the cowl and look if theres gunk clogging the area.... mine has that too but now it stopped luckily:)

its not coolant sooo its not the heater core its wont leak if i have the fresh air vent closed sooo the air in the cabin circulates but once you turn it off water starts to drip and leak
