Spoiled the ending of last night's episode by reading some book spoilers a while ago. Long time coming...I loved how they set it up with the little pompous exchange between Cersei and Margery right before the ending twist happens.

The Tyrion line though is now completely new. None of this stuff was in the books so I'm wondering if they are just working in collaboration with Martin to line it with the books?

I think it's actually quite an exciting time at this point because all the show watchers have no idea how things are going to change.

As for the different lines from Book to Show. I'm just enjoying both. I actually look forward to the differences now. What's the point in watching a show that follows the books exactly? I already read them. Yes seeing them brought to screen is awesome but I much prefer the twists and differences rather than a direct adaptation.

One thing I liked about the books chapters for reek is it gets a lot more in his head then u see in the show obviously. He seems far more fucked up and dedicated to Ramsey when you see his thoughts in the books. Obviously couldn't do that in the show though

i haven't read that far yet but pretty sure the viewers get how fucked up Reek/Theon is
there wasn't a doubt in my mind he was gonna narc about the candle to Ramsay, I got that sense when he was too fucked up to go with his sister.
I don't think he's redeemable anymore...not exactly sure what his purpose in the show us but if i had to guess...
he's being saved for that one crazy plot moment so that he'll come through one last time for an essential character (surprise! it probably won't be Sansa) and then die redeeming himself.
i hope that's not the case cus that's pretty cliche lol.
