Shit i dunno i prolly wouldnt go... Whats the half life on Radiation?

For plutonium 24100 years lol..

If my math is right, 0.047% of the radiation should have degraded since the reaction.

it will always serve us as a reminder of the potential of nuclear power

American reactor designs weren't a whole lot better back in the day...

They just didn't have operators who would exploit their design flaws as easily.

The Chernobyl accident would never have occurred if the plant operators hadn't run tests & experiments below the safe operational limits.

It's crazy how accurate the CoD maps really are. I've seen footage on TV and I almost feel like I've been there. I know it sounds crazy but as the camera was going around the area I knew what was coming up. Seeing it in real life on Camera was a pretty interesting feeling after having gamed up on the level several times and knowing it the way I know it.

yeah, they modelled their maps with a lot of reference pics.
Kind of makes it creepy a bit playing that level again actually.

BoostedBB6 12-14-2010 09:16 PM

I have always been fascinated by places like this.
I would go there for sure if they could prove that the radiation would cause no long or short term effects on me. :P

maxx 12-14-2010 10:50 PM
