Lets put it this way, when Stewie posted a recent pic on FB with his family (not a gym brah shot) EVERYONE commented on how big he had gotten. LOL Most people who know anything about lifting knew where the gains came from but let's just say it was noticeable to everyone. Good work bud! Berz out. |

nope, i only do cardio to lose Fat i ve posted in the workout thread cardio 30-45 mins a day 4 times a week was doing 30 mins everyday 7 times a week, but found it too tiring as my legs start to hurt so i went to 4 times a week too cold to do HIIT atm.. no chance i m going to run outside atm lol |

Xilley when your already a hard gainer, coupled with a very aerobic job (physical labor) plus going to the gym it can hard as hell to gain size. Eating enough to fuel a high metabolism that is constantly working is a chore in itself. Seeing as how You only do cardio I'm going to assume your on the heavier side of life. Stewie, like Me, if just left to do nothing would shrink up and lose weight. Others if left to do nothing will get fat. I have to actively work my ass off to gain muscle and weight. For guys like us Celltech is often needed to kickstart or get to a place where they want to be to maintain. Once there you'll likely plateau and gains will be hard to make and then another cycle might be considered. I would say for Stewie gaining almost 30-40lbs in a year is a pretty solid success story. Berz out. |
strykn, that's my opinion when i'd take steroids if i ever need to, i guess i have it easier with my blessed genetics.. but i just think if you can get there naturally then why go on roids, i don't care if it takes longer but iunno, do what you want lol |
