the account by the officer reads like he was coached or at least had help. What a load of shit.

If in fact the guy was displaying some mental problems during other encounters then why was nothing done by those officers at the time.

Take his badge away and throw this fuck in jail so the homeboys can show him what's good. There is nothing in this universe that can justify dumping half a magazine into someone like that. Fucking tragedy because some fuckup of a cop was probably having a bad day and happened to have a gun handy.

but, i don't think there are any other camera's int he area. there must be witnesses though? ie. the girl in white crossing the street? she seemed soo casual.. i would have at least flinched. she's hcore.

but, yeah... five shots, that's pretty crazy.
