Fender flare installation
 

I'm looking at getting a set of fender flares installed, these:

The fronts are just one piece and need about 1-2" cut, but the rears are two pieces of metal, outer fender and inner fender and would need to be rewelded after the cut. Any idea what a shop would charge for the cutting, welding, resealing and installation of the flares? I could tackle this myself except for the welding part.
