autopage remote problems?

i recently replaced the battery in my autopage cs-rs-900lcd and the remote itself works but its not sync'd with the car? I can't lock / unlock / remote start / disable the alarm.

The kicker here is my spare remote (non lcd) arms and disarms the system but won't lock/unlock or remote start the car.

I've gone through their manual a million times so i'm either looking over the obvious or maybe its a blown fuse?

any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

We too are an Autopage dealer and have seen issues like this arise from time to time. It sounds to me like all you need is a reprograming of your remotes. We'd be happy to provide this service free of charge, give us a call or swing by the shop and we'll be happy to help.:)

Thanks for the responses i may just swing by midweek!

It programs until the last step until it wants me to hit the lock button, but the remote won't confirm the sequence.

I'll update when i have a few days to take a closer look at it. (i'm still thinking i blew a fuse but we'll see)

fuses are good, my spare works perfectly! i programmed another remote from a buddy and it works too. Instead of buying a replacement i'm debating a newer system if its compatible and swapping out the brain? cs-rs1100 oled preferably or the xt100 oled as the upgraded remote.

do you guys happen to know if the rs1100 would be an easy plug and play?
