Just moved here - good engine importer?

Hi guys, I just moved to Vancouver from Calgary, where I was an active member of a similar website beyond.ca. (thanks for sending us arash boodagh) I am loving everything about Van...more power from the air density, all the rust-free cars, the smooth roads and the climate. Well worth the HST and hippies lol

Anyway for a little pet project I am looking to import (or buy landed) a JDM engine, specifically a 4AGE 20V blacktop . I realize there are probably a lot of importers in the metro vancouver area. If you would like to recommend one, especially if you have personal experience importing or buying from them, please post it up! Thanks

Ive had very, very very bad experiences with Nagasaki and JK. Save yourself a head ache and dont even consider dealing either of these two fools

Dont' trust Anthony Espinosa (Concept Motors)

We sometimes source our motors direct from Japan and have good sources there but when in a pinch for something fast we have used JK and Nagasaki but never expect a properly functioning drop in motor from either I'm not saying all they have is junk I'm just saying they don't always have the best maintained motors. We always end up doing a full round of maintenance and resealing of all motors from them. Timing belts injectors head gaskets etc.

WHATEVER YOU DO AS THE GUY ABOVE MENTIONED DO NOT GO WITH

CONCEPT MOTORS SCAMPINOSA

Akira and his team @ Rise are great( minoru across from chrystler)
Cannonball is pricey but they are great Japanese mechs(oak and SWmarine DR almost under the bridge)
Garage Five( never used them but my buddy w his MINI swears by them: bridgeport)

All 3 places should be able to import parts, engine, tranny etc.

good luck
