1996 Integra Charcoal Canister question
 

My recently purchased Integra came with engine code P0441 "Insufficient Purge Flow". After a physical inspection I discovered there is a mystery vacumm nipple on the canister itself. Can anyone whose driving a DC2 tell me if theres supposed to be a line there? If so where does it go?

if its the nipple i'm thinking of, its called the cannister purge control valve. there should be a vacuum line attached to it coming from the purge control solenoid. You'll have to google it to see where that solenoid is on your car.

follow the vacuum line that leads to a solenoid, and then continues to the intake manifold

apply +12v to the solenoid, if it clicks, and passes air, its working
