alright ive been switching back and forth between assault and superdumpMAX for a few weeks now i think i can make a comparison and say I definitely like max better. imo, assault is one of the worst tasting pre-workout drinks ive ever taken (fruit punch). it makes me want to barf. max tastes better, and tastes alot better than 250 did. assault seems to be mellower. max seems to really get me into a 'i gotta go smash shit right now! zone' max makes me really crush the gym start to finish until i absolutely have nothing left. assault doesnt do that for me. i am currently stacking pre-workout drink, beta alanine, and creatine all into my pre-workout drink and im loving this combo. |

in bro terms: beta alanine: it delays the burn in your muscles so you can get an extra rep or 2 out. creatine: it helps the cells in your muscles function slightly better so you can push an extra 5-10% more weight. |
