I know that these products have been talked about, but what would you guys pick Controlled Labs White Flood or Assault by MusclePharm? I just finished some NO Xplode, but I don't think it's for me.
Major thing I want to know in your opinion is what gives you the better workout and do they give you any stomach aches or other side effects? Popeyes don't carry any samples so I can't try them out.

i use assault by mpharm. Assault has creatine in it while White flood doesnt. So if you have your own preferred creatine that you would like to use, then go for White Flood.
I havent tried White flood but I have tried Controlled Labs products such as their Orange Triad MV and Oximega fish oil and I love them.

I've heard heard both of them are real good, but mpharm has more "useless" stuff added to it, but has good creatine.
no stomach problems or side effects with the products?

noob question here but should i take both Pre-workout and Bcaa? kinda new to these kinda of thing currently using Musclepharm Assault ( been using for past 2 maybe 3 months) got a Musclepharm Amino1(just got it today along with the Assault).

^ Had a couple sample packs and every time it got me light headed as fuck after every set.
Currently using Cellucor's C4, and would say it's the best PWO I've tried.

I've only tried MP Assault and Craze so far and Craze is far more superior
- Craze = smaller scoop serving compared to Assault (which i don't mind)
- Better tasting than Assault (fruit punch tastes like shit; tried both Craze lemonade and grape and they're better)
Only downside for Craze is the crash  and difficulty sleeping/taking a nap after using it.
With Assault no crash

Nope, never tried Craze before but I've seen the reviews it gets.
I don't usually buy PWOs, but I saw a 60 serving C4 for $35 at Popeyes so I decided to jump on it.

been switching back and forth between grape craze and white blue raspberry jack3d old formula. 1 scoop normally, 1.5 if I go for a harder workout. No crash for either but do have trouble sleeping.
Do not like the taste of grape craze tho, jack taste sooo much better.

my wife got some sample PWO's today when she bought some protein at a health food place.... she mixed one in my water before the gym and i started drinking it....looked at it after taking most of it to see it was 1MR....no way i'll ever take that again, super weird feeling and three hours later i feel like crap
