Thanks for those links but it's different from my situation. I recieved my first speeding ticket exactly two years ago from tonight I've heard each year they take off 3 points from your license is there any truth to that? Also will I be able to book my class 5 test as my second speeding ticket is pending?

Is it possible to use my dad car in the class 5 test as it's insure in his name?

dispute the latest ticket you got, go take your class 5 test, get your class 5, go to court, if the cop shows up, plead guilty and ask for a reduced fine. pay the fine. enjoy having your class 5

Why would that matter?

ICBC schedules based on whether you have a valid license. If you do not have a valid license, you're not going to be able to take the test.

Thanks for clarifying that up for me.
