DVD copying apps for OS X My brother was asking me the other day for recommendations on OSX DVD copying apps and not being OSX savvy, I had no idea. Google seems to point to a few (Aimersoft DVD Copy was one that I saw) but then I also saw a few that were "questionable" looking. Basically just looking for any DVD app that will let him burn a commercial DVD to DVD-R. I figured I'd reach out to the OSX folks here to see what people use. Freeware would be nice, but would also be open to commercial apps that are reasonably priced. Any suggestions? |

I did a quick Google of Mac the Ripper and it looks like it hasn't been updated in a while. Just out of curiosity, have you tried ripping something recent and was it successful in doing so? I know content protection has evolved a lot in the last few years so I don't know if an older app would be able to defeat the newer CSS. Any other suggestions on other decent applications? |
the new one is paid...i still have the older one...no problems with it whatsoever.... |
Try this out, it's free. http://burn-osx.sourceforge.net/Pages/English/home.html |
