A friend in Ottawa works for a mattress manufacturer, and they are looking to expand here. They were recently at one of the home shows, if you attended you may have met my friend. I have one of their custom manufactured mattresses and absolutely love it, even 5 years later. My friend seems to enjoy his job, he's been with the company for about a decade.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
For 25 years, Sleeptek/Obasan has been supplying our clients with a high quality range of custom bedding products. Our retail business is quickly expending and we’re now in need of Sleep Solutions Consultants across Western Canada.

The successful applicant will be responsible for responding to clients in our retail environment and via telephone/email in a timely manner. The applicant will work in person with clients and engage in pro-active business development strategies within their local surroundings. If you’re a passionate individual, and have a genuine care for other people, you would fit in the Obasan family.

Qualifications:
Energetic, Great Communicator, Good writing skills, Organized, Honest, Great attitude with people, Punctual, Dependable, Consistent, Work ethics, Works well under pressure, Shows initiative, Creativity, Resourceful, Good work relations with staff and management.

Knowledge of the retail environment, Strong Interpersonal skills, Strong problem-solving skills, Ability to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team.
