I'm pretty sure all buildings are the same. If someone is in your spot you can tow them. I mean, where are you supposed to park? The car is parked illegally in your spot and you have the right to tow it.

I'd just tow it next time. since this chick seems like she's parking anywhere and anyhow she feels like.

hide in her back seat. when she gets in, surprise buttseckz.

Inflate her tires so they wear down quick and there goes $500 worth of tires in one year...

+1 to this. Usually you have to pay for your parking spot if your in a town house / co-op. If you paid for it its basically your property and you have the right to tow it

i had someone park almost exactly the same. i left a note and the next day there was a respons on my truck saying sorry i will move in in a few days. i said fuck that shit grabbed some tow straps and pulled that pos right out into the passing traffic. that shit got moved asap and hasn't been parked bad since.

Kamui712 02-10-2011 01:11 PM

^ everything's been good with my spot. She's back in her old parking spot but still parks like shit

Fuck, i wouldn't wana live or mess with some people here on Revscene! Or maybe, its just alot of tough talk from alot of people. I'd personally just leave my dignity in place and just write her a polite note. Wouldn't it be great if you put grease on her brake rotors and she got into a bad accident... bad plan. Use your head, and think about the big picture before making a stupid decision. At the end of the day its just a parking spot, and who cares how she parks as long as she isn't bothering you.

While I agree that a note -> tow should suffice, she parked in his spot so he cares a lot.

I would set off the alarm so the person would come and move that pos out of the way.
