I was parked illegally in a loading zone, part way in the bus stop this morning as I ran upstairs to my condo to get something quickly. I came down to a cruiser parked behind me and 2 officers walking up to it after getting a coffee. No ticket, no hassle, and my car is modified enough for them to hassle me if they wanted to.
