2007 Mini Cooper S Hardtop Turbo (R56)

I've had this for sale on and off for the last couple of months on CL, my buddy suggested this might me a good spot to post it also.

$19,500, reflects condition and included factory extended warranty.

These are currently on the car - factory 17's included

Extended factory warranty to 160,000 Kms or September 2013 (Mini Next) transferable

Maintenance up to date, including the following:

Engine replaced under warranty (top and bottom end) at 22,000 kms by Mini Richmond due to excessive carbon build up

Clutch and PP replaced at 22,000 kms by Mini Richmond for factory recall (fixes common squeal)

New battery installed at 22,000 kms
2 New Dunlop Run-Flat tires at 20,000 kms
Replaced front and rear brakes at 20,000 kms

This was a Mini Richmond CPO'd car. I looked at several other Mini's but wanted one with the extended warranty in the event anything came up. My wife and I want to move downtown and for the amount our car's get driven it's just not worth holding on to 2 vehicles.

The Mini has a lien on it - I still owe exactly $13k. Ideally I'd like to find a buyer who would accompany me to the TD to pay off the loan with my banker. We can complete the transfer at that time.

There's several Mini's for sale at the moment on CL but I can't find any equipped the same way as mine with the extended warranty for less $. Dealers still have them in the 23k+ range.

Bump? any ideas? I guess it's the time of year. I think the price is on point compared to what else is out there, but I'm just not getting any interest in this car. I've never had so little action on a vehicle before. This is the first car I've tried to sell since the tax rules changed - not so appealing to buy private anymore I suppose.

BUMP for $19,500. We'll see if dropping sub 20k stirs up some interest.

BUMP for getting absolutely no interest in the lowest price R56 on CL.

It's still winter, people are struggling with Christmas bills, tax season is next month, and for some like myself, insurance is due! It's hard to sell a car around this time of year period! Nice looking mini!
