There was a TL on the Acura dealership's overflow lot right beside Volco tires on Lougheed sitting on bricks for about a month over the holidays. I just noticed today that it was gone.

Mad world.

shenmecar 01-28-2011 08:46 PM

did you shit bricks when you saw your car this morning?

:troll:

StylinRed 01-28-2011 09:34 PM

Slifer 01-28-2011 10:47 PM

God damn skytrain...

97ITR 01-28-2011 11:02 PM

Why would they go through all that trouble on a high-traffic street to steal some stockers? Somethings not right....

Valour 01-28-2011 11:05 PM

The tires were 19" Pirelli SottoZero worth $1500...

Fuck, stock Audi alarm is worthless! hahaha I think I'll get a compustar two way... but if its on bricks, the car don't tilt...

cococly 01-28-2011 11:19 PM

lol did u even watch the video? that guy hammered a similar wheel lock so that its wedged onto the lug...if they didnt care about keeping the original lugs then it wouldnt matter if you have 5 a different lock on each lug :fullofwin:

HondaGuy 01-29-2011 01:34 AM

Valour: Sorry to hear about your loss. Hurts to see that, feels violated.
Hope all goes well with icbc.

Sucks for the OP,
this reminds me of the time many years ago when somebody stole 3 hubcaps from my dad's (then new) minivan. Now that I think about it it was pretty lulz

you! 01-29-2011 01:54 AM

holy shit big balls to do that on a busy street

slammer111 01-29-2011 02:10 AM

Damn, OEM wheels aren't cheap either. I'm surprised they're only "worth" $3300 to replace. Can you get more cash out of ICBC?

FerrariEnzo 01-29-2011 02:45 AM

was your car parked on 41st? i think i saw it when i drove by that morning...

RevRav 01-29-2011 05:25 AM

By the time he took off the lock, his gloves were all black, and even the palm area had ripped. :fullofwin:
