Try changing the encryption or temporarily turn it off and see is it connects.

can you not connect period? or are you connected with limited connectivity?

n'drew 01-30-2011 11:59 AM

can't connect at all. I can see the wireless networks, connecting with ethernet is fine. This is weird...

I have tried connecting manually but it just says unable to connect

have you tried the 'fix the connection automatically' through win 7? i have a feeling that the wireless adapter is 'sleeping' or on low power standby

n'drew 01-30-2011 01:01 PM

I have tried that. Says there is no solution etc etc

update ur windows mac drivers through auto update using the Ethernet plug?

n'drew 01-31-2011 10:58 AM

I have tried that as well, all the drivers are updated.

This is weird because in insecure networks I can connect no problem, however if there is encryption key it will not connect at all. Not even with limited connectivity

1. Can your wifi connect in OS X?

2. Have you tried removing the wifi drivers and reinstalling the them?
You can open bootcamp file with WinRar or 7Zip and find the individual drivers.

I can connect via OSX
will try removing the drivers and reinstall

JesseBlue 02-01-2011 07:51 PM

I never dealt with boot camp before but have you tried reinstalling W7?
