bump?

looking for a place to do header + exhaust install and perhaps some other stuff, but the exhaust needs to be extended a bit.

rise should be able to do it without any issue.

i go there from time to time just to chat with phil on welding ideas, and just to sneak peak at the nissans in the shop...

Still had to pay for an insane labour price for the steering wheel install.

If it was in fact crooked you know you can always let us know so we can rectify the problem. Alot of times people bring in cars with their alignments so out of wack it's hard to tell.

Either way, it's no excuse if we messed up. If it was an issue on our end we would've taken care of it. We're only human, sometimes we might have an off day. I apologized if you feel like you got hosed. If you had an issue with the price maybe you should've mentioned it before agreeing to do the job. I'm almost certain you must've agreed on the pricing before we started the job.

We charge $75/hour which I think is more than fair in comparison to many other regular mechanics locally. Mind you we're not working out our garage. We have pretty big overhead with families and bills to pay like everyone else.

I've sent a PM

Thanks,
Clarence

We use a roller. I think phil was referring to back in the days.

eastwood rolla!

you'd be surprised how well an elcheapo baseball batt works better sometimes than a fender roller. especially when u are just getting that little bit of finite adjustment. the softness of the baseball batt wood actually works pretty good. especially if u are using other weird techniques like magazines and always always a heat gun!

I might stop by after work tomorrow, have some questions about rolling/pulling fenders

Bump! Didn't realize they had their own thread. Already posted on what did you do to your car today thread but anyways thought I'd share :

I got a front lip as a gift from a friend back in March
My laziness kicked in and I didn't bother getting it installed
But finally got around to it. Got it done at Rise Auto (and got to meet Phil!)
I was kinda hesitant on going to rise because of a review I read awhile back about a member going and shop wasn't even open or something.
Anyways gave them a call, they told me to come in whenever I want.
Lip took a week to get painted. But that's because they asked shop next door to do it (they don't have paint booth themselves).
When my lip was done they told me to come in whenever I could. Told them I'd be there by 12 but I slept in and didn't get there till 130. They were totally cool with it and got to installing as soon as I arrived.
Rise gave me a good deal and they were super flexible with time. Overall quite happy with the result too for the price they asked.

Thanks again Phil & the boys!

PS Labour wasn't expensive at all as others stated above.

Went today to get some side skirt splitters installed! Great guys and did my job on the spot. Fun to chat with and very aggressive pricing. Going back for some fender rolling for sure

had my 10"subwoofer installed by these guys and totally NOT impressed with the quality of workmanship...I pretty much had to clean up my interior,my back seat was left loose so I had to resecure it myself and waited for about a month but never got a call from them so I decided to call them myself since the job wasn't completely done and found out that they were actually relocating...Oh and the leatherette is already peeling off from the subwoofer box.I'm pretty sure cman still remember this.worst shop experience ever
