96 civic si speedometer problem
 

Hi,

I have a 96 honda civic si coupe manual transmission. The speedometer is stuck at 30km/h and sometimes it'll work in a blue moon. Also the cruise control is no longer working either and the light on my gauge cluster goes on and off all the time. The RPM gauge, temperature and fuel gauge all work all the time.. it's just the speedometer that is stuck at 30km/h. I guess my cruise control doesnt work either since my speedomter doesnt work.

Ive heard it could be the vehicle speed sensor but im not really sure. Also since the gauge lights flicker on and off all the time im thinking maybe its something else.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
