The Nokia E7 is finally becoming available in the Market (just started selling in Finland)

Highlights
RGB CBD AMOLED screen
USB-On-The-Go (i've been enjoying this somewhat it's neat powers a lot of things)
HDMI (I've been loving this feature on my N8 especially with the HomeTheatre/Media Centre App BigScreen
Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 surround (with the hdmi+bigscreen this is great play my movies without lugging my laptop around or using my ps3/lappy as a media server)
Battery life (assuming it will be close to the N8 I've only had to charge it @ the end of the day or every 1.5 days with heavy use)
FM Transmitter (pretty useful if you're in a friends car with no bluetooth hook-up or your own car)

You guys may recall my past Nokia threads and in them regarding the Clear Black Display(CBD) well the E7 has it and everyone has it as highly capable screen better than super amoled?

The GSMArena only had the Nokia C6 to do the testing its a smaller screen but its the same resolution and technology

Resolution wise it is still 640x360 However this is an RGB CBD-AMOLED screen and so that means (ill quote someone who says it best who discusses Android using Pentile screens)

This screen is better than the Nexus One's 480x800 pixels in size (252 pixels per inch) because the Nexus One's actual effective screen resolution is substantially less than that. The science is in how you count the pixels.
The PenTile subpixel layout on the Nexus One screen shows each pixel consists of a double-width blue or red subpixel element and a green subpixel element. The actual hardware resolution of the N1's display gives the illusion of 480x800, but no pixel contains all three colors.

As for firmware updates PR 1.1 just began rolling out yesterday for the N8 i imagine the E7 was shipped with it or it will be getting it very soon as well

PR 2.0 was slated for the end of February but I imagine we wont see it until March, I may be surprised though

as for Apps the OVIStore has blown up like a mother fucker over the last 6months, they've added more apps than Blackberry or WP7 daily downloads are in like the 6-7million range

There is also a new QT Based App called Alien Dalvik by Myriad which allows Android Apps to be run without any performance issues; so far its tested on MeeGo/Maemo but since It IS QT they should theoretically work on Symbian as well

The E7 is available on Amazon for pre-order, but they've jacked the price up until it gets closer to release date (like they did with the N8) $679

The phone is to be $150 more than the N8 from Nokia Finlands website ($800 they sell the N8 for $650)

But as seen with the N8's prices everywhere else (N8=$430 here and $500 in the UK) We can expect the E7 to be a lot less than what it is in Finland so likely around $580 here
