How do you remove Front Dash Trim!?

Hi!
I want to paint my front dash trim (correct me if that's not the name for it) on my 1990 acura integra GS 2Door and need some instructions on how to do it as in location of the bolts and other clips that hold it down ect. A picture with markings on it would be great!! =)

Very Much appreciate any input to help me out!!!
THANKS!

Here is a picture of what I'm looking to do...http://images.craigslist.org/3n53k73...29c2381da4.jpg

Ohh man I gotta quit aging myself.
But I had a trim painter I'd use in the past that could do perfect faux wood. I'd use his services for benzes and others with wood trim.
