| Ticket while on driving probation
Currently on a driving probation since I have been found guilty on a speeding ticket and served a 3 month driving prohibition, been driving with my N for 15 months now (since getting N license back due to said ticket for speeding)
So I am still on a driving probation after having my N for quite a few years
The ticket I was issued was for "Not displaying N sign" under 30.13 Regs $109
This ticket carries ZERO points as compared to the ticket for driving contrary to restrictions which carries 3 points.
Wondering if this ticket will put me over the edge and have my license suspended/prohibited again?
The Office of the Superintendant of Motor Vehicles did not help me and the lady at icbc on the phone said I wont be suspended due to it but she did not sound too sure.
