We are recruiting for a
Bilingual (French & English) Consumer Relations Representative based in Richmond, BC
This person will resolve consumer complaints and coordinate consumer and dealer interaction via telephone and e-mail communication. In addition, he/she will carry out the following responsibilities.
- Provides tire fitment suggestions
- Tire quality issues
- Vehicle quality issues as pertaining to tire wear
- Suggests closest dealer locations to consumers
- Ensures dealers are administering terms of contract as expected
- Monitor and report on quality, trends, and product concerns
- Prepare reports for Japan on above as requested
- Assist with B2B National Account process for French speaking dealers
- Proof read and adapt TCI’s advertising material from English to French as requested
- Other projects and tasks as assigned
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in consumer relations/customer service
- Automotive or tire industry experience is desirable
- College Certificate
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Communication Skills:
- Tactful communicator
- Clear, understandable speaking and conversational skills
- Fully bilingual (French & English), written & spoken
- Excellent French writing skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups
Other Skills & Abilities:
- Solid computer skills, particularly in Windows 7
- Proficiency in AS400 is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Working Conditions:
- National position working hours will bridge east and west time zones
- Commence work at 7:00am (PST) finishes 4:00pm (PST)
