Toyo Tires - Japanese Executive Assistant 1 Attachment(s) We are recruiting for a Bilingual (Japanese & English) Executive Assistant based in Richmond, BC. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for liaising with Toyo Tire Japans Head Office and the Toyo Tire operations in the United States, and assisting with management initiatives. Responsibilities focus on marketing Toyo Tire branded products from a Canadian and North American point of view which includes: Supporting the President to achieve marketing and sales objectives; Contributing to the formulation and implementation of appropriate marketing and sales plans and evaluation of such implementation on a mid-term and annual basis; Negotiating purchasing price with Toyo Tire Japan to meet Canadian market requirements and managing purchasing price by issuing monthly purchase price list by each vendor (factory); Coordinating with Toyo Tire Japan and Toyo Tire USA factory regarding supply requirements; Preparing various Presentation Materials for meetings in Japan and Canada Other duties as required by the President.
