LF: Welder with titanium rod

Looking for welder with titanium rod to weld titanium bracket.

You don't need titanium rod, just a tig torch and backing gas/chamber. Many welding shops should be able to take care of this so long as they have a proper purge chamber.

You only need the consumable if you require the addition of material to your bracket.

No luck with Specialty Engineering. They said that they weren't set up for this at this time and referred me to a bike shop.

I've spoken with some fabrication shops and they don't have the knowledge or experience either with working with titanium

jasonturbo - you seem to know your stuff - any suggestions of shops that you know?

If this was in Alberta I know of many places I could send you..

Get a hold of a guy here named Adam http://www.amtmachineshop.com/pages/amthome.htm

If he can't fix you up he will know who can.
