I quickly Googled up "Lynnwood right turn red" and didn't see any references to it being illegal, just that there are cameras in place to catch people who roll through it.

I haven't watched this yet, but might be interesting...

I might be wrong on the rule, but my aunt still warned me not to go on red regardless as a precaution since even stopping before continuing is supposedly not allowed. It's not at all intersections, it's mostly around the SR99 area and a few blocks on each side after.

Don't drive where you don't know the traffic laws?

Also, right turn @ bike lanes pisses me off.
Sure, people are angry about how the Dunsmuir bike lanes have messed with traffic flow into downtown.
However, there are some jackasses that insist on turning right anyways.
This is only a making a bad situation worse, because now you are holding up HALF the traffic.
*sorry for the rant*

next time be a smart, cut thru the gas stations.

speaking of messed up quebec traffic lights, a flashing green light means it's safe to turn left or right at the intersection.

:(

Not so smart. That's illegal too.

they should have this at 70th and Oak.....

the sign there does nothing to stop people who make a right hand turn on the red....

tiger_handheld 02-16-2011 05:59 PM

Is there a sign that says "NO RIGHT Turn on Red", if there is pay it. If not, write back and appeal that you are an out of town driver and you did not know due to the lack of signage. You have a case, if there was no sign!
