Ask if its fake, will you get a refund or not. Also ask if you can get pics of all the tags.

You could have always bought it then filed a claim afterwards should they turn out to be fake if the buyer states they're authentic.

tag seems off, there just one green tag, there shud be the second one, saying where its made. iuno if that applies to all track pants but mine are like that
