wheel squeeling

i had a set of 17's with 40 series rubber, i swapped em for a set of 16" with 55 series rubber. it rides fine without rubbing. only problem is now i have a squeeling noise that sounds like its coming from my drivers side front wheels. squeeling starts at 30+ and goes away when i start braking.

i have no idea whats goin on. anyone have some input
