Exactly

I find it funny see a overweight guy with a huge system gigantic wing and 18 inch wheels on his car and a carbon fiber hood.

Is there a formula that converts the weight of the wheel to how much it will weigh on the car itself?

How much weight do you need to lose on wheels before you see significant improvements on mileage and performance?

Tis one of the reasons I decided to go to 13'' wheels for this race season. 9lb Panasport wheels + much lighter tires that 15's = win.

Yeah, but that only counts for people who need to go on a diet. For the rest of us who keep ourselves in good physical shape have to go elsewhere for weight benefits.

At the end of the day, it really doesn't matter for your street car. If you're racing, it's a different story.
