bulk up-how and get muscle i wan to gain show weight and bulk up . i work out 3x wk and use whey protein after my workouts and nothing yet. i put 1 and half scoops and sometimes 2 scoops. should i buy some weight gainer or should i just stay with what im doing at the moment . i just started the whey protein for 3 wks so far. what else should i do. im asian and dont eat a lot of meat. so what can i do. i want to bulk up but with muscle and not fat i`m 5 7 140 and want to be like 170. any adviuce |
there is a thing called food, it is a magical drug, try it. eat a fucking ton of meat, you azn so i assume u r a toothpick so u r going to have to eat your way out of your clothes. eat 8 meals a day at 500-600 calories, protein shakes are great but make sure u r eating lots of food to begin with, try going to the gym 5 days a week. |
So you've been doing Whey protein for 3 weeks and still nothing? You're obviously doing something wrong here. Trying drinking your protein thru a straw - that way it goes straight to the muscle (maybe even blend a banana into it). The faster you suck it down the quickier you'll look ripped. |

dont mix your protein shake with water/milk, it is blocking the protein from getting into your muscles. Just scoop your powder and down it dry. do it 4 times a day, and see results. |
^No buddy, you got it wrong. This guy clearly slays dragons at the gym, he needs an even quicker way to ingest protein. Shoot it up your ass. It'll get into your bloodstream quicker, straight to your titanium heart and metal claw. Do this while facing north only. Bodybuilders are heavily superstitious. If you make the mistake of doing it while facing the wrong direction, it could mean losing your 1080p eye sight. |
Do you do squats? Do you do deadlifts? Do you do cleans? Do you lift heavy? You also need to be doing at least 2 of 3 things: -Work out good -Eat good -Sleep good |
