Back in New Zealand they had a charge under the Highway Traffic Act called..."failing to stop in the clear distance ahead". It fitted everything...speeding, following too close, going off road right/left in a corner etc. Wish we had one here in BC. It would make things much easier. |
I think you probably should've gone faster than 62 km/hr. It was only snowing big deal. Next time try to speed over 20+km/hr or else you're just lame. No cop will give you a ticket for going 20km/hr or more in the snow because they know how cool it is. |
