it's not about a set time amount. 5 or 10 minutes. or 30+ minutes you're stuck in traffic.

it's about what is waiting. people have kids that need to be picked up. classes to attend. they have jobs to get to. they just have a fucking life. a 10 minute delay for no reason downtown can add 40 minutes on someone's drive home if they are out in the boonies.
