this is part of a ruse to raise rates for people with hondas / acuras...

just tell them you have a civic (doesn't matter what year), they'll say its the vehicle being stolen the most

Swapping the ecu on rsx's and ep3's bypasses the immobilizer I think so that's why they can be stolen quite handily. But the ep3 engine is crap so they aren't stolen like the rsx type-s
