Clearbra on Rims

I have a set of wheels with a pretty large lip on my G37. Because of that, the rims get rock chips, water gets in, and it tarnishes the finish.

Has anyone tried to fix this problem with a clearbra film? How does it hold up with hot break dust spraying on it?

Thanks!

there might just be too much heat there for the clear bra to stay stuck on, not to mention the sandblasting from brake dust :S

Get ahold of Premier Films in California. These guys are the best in the business, bar none.
