Picked up PhD Wired today since I ran out of Assault about a month ago.

I wonder how it compares? Assault worked fairly well for me. Can't wait to try the Wired, though.

so I read the whole thread here and still not quite sure..
what is better to take? ON amino energy or just BCAA?
Or the assault with BCAA? Or ON amino energy with BCAA?
I'm currently taking omega 3-6-9 which i'm planning on switching to omega 3
and ON multivitamins, ON cassein daily, ON whey as post workout..

I take cassein because i mix it with fruits in the morning since whey is fast absorbing... my goal is just to be fit and not bulk since i already weight quite a bit (180 pounds ish). I do workout regularly about 3 times a week with 2hrs each workout... so if i were to take something more daily, bcaa and amino energy seems to be a better option than assault? Thanks in advance

I am thinking about taking some mass gainer, does the extra calories and other stuff they put in really help gain mass? or should i just stick to whey isolate protein and eat

5'8 140lbs here

You should stick to real food or make your own weight gainer shake at home. If you already have whey, get some peanut butter, nutella, bananas, whole milk and combine with a scoop or two of whey. Experiment and see what you like/what tastes good. I can almost guarantee you that peanut butter, milk, any good quality chocolate whey = amazing taste.


Have 1 with breakfast and have one post workout. It's really upto you when you wanna take the shakes but deff. take one post workout, lift heavy and EAT.

my god.. great idea on the shake first time blending it with milk and blending in two teaspoons of peanut butter. :sweetjesus had banana but not rype

I will be drinking this every morning + night; but with post workouts, should I buy some mass gainer or just use my whey isolate mixed in with water? I do not think leaving my milk in my bag and brining it to school will be a viable choice.

Post workout just have whey shake with water + some carbs

does it matter if i use crappy peanut butter brand cause my family might use it lol. friend siad i should use natural *adams* is it really better?

I prefer taking creatine post workout, as it can dehydrate you a bit. Normall ythis isn't a big deal but in addition to stims, that is quite a bit of dehydration.

Nothing that says you can't do it though

but when you workout, won't u be drinking plenty of water anyways? Because I thought the whole point of creatine was to give you enough ATP for that extra rep or two. But how do you take your creatine skinnypupp? do you mix it in with your protein shake or do you take it individually?

Also, when exactly is the best time of the day to take creatine? I don't want the creatine to end up being secreted into my urine and end up wasting money

I use to take creatine post workout with my protein shake but changed it up lately. Been taking it morning with gatorade or whatever sweet drink I can find on hand. Have felt no difference in the gym, still killing it everyday

Creatine has no acute effect - it needs to be built up in your bloodstream to have an effect. In other words, the dosage you take now is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things - it's the overall accumulation of dosages that matters.

I take mine in my post workout whey, and on off days I just throw a scoop in my morning amino drink. 5g a day

do u really think that cassein shake is making a huge diff when u go to bed, take a isolate its fine does not really matter. im just saying the price of cassein is crazy and im not paying that for something that is not going to do much in the long run of things that is all

i picked up some mutant pump, its pretty good was getting tired of assult, its cheap gets me jacked up cant complain and taste good

i also mix it with beta alanine
