The fuck's goin on.
SuperpumpMAX changes their formula quite often, usually every second tub the information reads a little different. Ive been taking Superpump250 and MAX for years.
My newest tub, almost every work out if Im exerting myself on a lift, it feels like my throat is clogging up and I need to hork something up. It makes me almost gag and puke and has been ruining my workouts for a couple weeks. Not sure if it is the superdump or the cold I had a few weeks back because they both started around the same time.

Must be a common ingredient for PWOs causing it. It's difficult for me to suck air into my diaphragm with that feeling of wanting to throw up.

Hey guys do you guys know if I can get Natural Life Force or Orange Triad vitamins in vancouver? I heard these are considered to be the best of the best multi vitamins. I really don't want to buy it from bb.com and pay shipping and handling.

My brother has a 100$ Amex giftcard, gonna try and order some stuff from bodybuilding.com and ship it to point roberts. For some reason GMC and popeyes won't accept the card... Are there any other stores that you guys know that will accept it?
I am currently taking Kaizen Protein and a Creatine supplement. Looking to add a couple more supplements to try and gain more strength and promote lean mass before summer. Any tips/advice before I do some more research on the internet?
Any good combinations for increasing gains, stamina, and whatnot. Thanks in advance!

Hey guys I just started getting into a regular routine at the gym and I'm starting to look into using supplements to help me reach my goals.
Right now I'm taking protein after every work out. I want to burn fat and get a little more lean.
I was basing the stuff I'm going to buy from the stacks off of bodybuilding.com
1)Multivitamins
2)Fishoils
3)Pre workout
4) CLA
5) BCAA
Am I going into using supplements too soon? What would you guys recommend in terms of brands or any other supplements?

Work on your form and get use to the workouts. Once you have established a solid foundation, and have a workout routine. Then I would look into getting some preworkout and CLA.
