Does anyone know .....Now I have the 5 lugs swap to my EG and use the 205/45/16 size tire ....What size of the spare tire that I can use......I heard someone said can use the RSX type-s spare tire.....is that be the right size????

You need a tape measure and a tire size calculator. Measure the room for the normal spare: diameter, width. Then play around on a tire calculator. Most spares aren't full diameter, so anything a little smaller with ballpark similar offset rim should work.

The tire doesn't matter as much as the rim. You could probably recycle the old spare on a new 5 lug steelie.
