Cops around Central Park / Patterson Station
 
Anyone have any idea what's going on here? There was a cop parked on the corner of willingdon and imperial while 4 more cop cars are at Patterson station. Seems like they're setting a boundary around the park?

What time is this? I live right by the station, but didn't notice anything at 7am when I left home.
