TAKE PICTURES of the damaged parts.. go back to them and get that shit fixed...

if they give you any bullshit, complain to ICBC.

they are known to do horrible work... look them up on BBB...
best body shop I ve been to is INTEGRA Collision on clark: they fix cars like champs
go and see Raymond next time; msg me for more info on discount =)
