Up for sale is my heated garage kept flamenco black 2000 Honda Civic SiR. I am on the fence whether I want to move into a different car; I am going to find it extremely hard to part with this one. I bought the car from the previous owner at 68,000km's about two years ago and I have put on about 30,000km's (half highway km's to the interior) as the odometer reads about 98,000km's; and it continues to go up slowly as it is currently insured. However, it has never been winter driven (snow etc.) and there is no rust on the body or any under carriage damage; I have another vehicle for winter driving. The front bumper has a minor, hardly noticeable, wrinkle from my girlfriend backing into the parked car last summer (FML, maybe I should have claimed it..). The previous owner and I have meticulously maintained this vehicle, with a binder of all service and maintenance by Honda, as well as professional installation of all modifications. This is a rare car and is fully loaded with every factory feature; factory spoiler with rear brake light, factory spare tire with all tools, abs braking, four-wheel disc brakes, air conditioning, power windows, power sunroof, power and heated mirrors, power locks etc.

Basic modifications:
- OEM spoiler with integrated third braking light
- Honda Rennsport lowering springs with shocks; 1.8" lower than stock
- Short Ram Intake w/new Injen filter (air filter replaced at 97,000km's)
- N-Motion 6000k HID's (installed at 75,000km's)
- Clifford immobilizer alarm, with tilt-sensor and glass breaking sensor
- Kenwood KDC-X789 with Ipod Hook-up and separate Mp3 out (have stock Honda deck)
- Custom blue and green backlit SiR dash
- JDM red stitched shift boot
- Minor discrete cosmetics modifications

The timing belt, water pump, transmission fluid, and spark plugs have been replaced at 94,000km's (along with oil change and fluid change), also new brake pads and rotors have been installed at 86,000km's.

This is a very well maintained vehicle and I am asking $10,500, willing to entertain offers. I have all the stock parts to go along with the vehicle, excluding the stock air filter. I haven't come across a cleaner, lower mileage em1 in Vancouver. I can assure you the car has not been compromised in anyway as all modifications have been quality bolt-on parts. I do have other performance handling parts that can be included with sale; dependent on the price as they are high in demand and sell easily. They are all brand new ~5000km's on them.
