No thanks, if i wanted to destroy myself I'd stick my dick in a blender. Hit liquefy.

JKam 04-01-2011 07:30 PM

The wendy's one is so much better. Not as salty and it has lettuce for a different texture!

FerrariEnzo 04-01-2011 09:06 PM

hey do you think can we can do a Group Buy on this Double Filet-O-Fish if we had a group to hit up McDs haha:fuckyea:

JdmProbe 04-01-2011 09:17 PM

Did not like.
It doesn't taste as good as the single..

maxxxboost 04-01-2011 09:58 PM

Just had one. I would not buy it again.

Death2Theft 04-01-2011 09:59 PM

The Mcd's sauce is much better than the Wendy's. Hell the Wendy's came in a chicken wrapper and it kinda had the same batter and texture.
Almost fooled me into thinking I was eating a chicken burger.

spoon.ek9 04-01-2011 10:19 PM

i'm tempted to buy one after work :lol

hate you guys

CP.AR 04-01-2011 10:22 PM

its the same as the single, just and extra filet... :speechless:

but i think it needs a little more sauce or another slice of cheese...

TOS'd 04-02-2011 12:06 AM

BOGO Filet-O-Fish > Double Filet-O-Fish

And its cheaper, comes with extra set of buns, and another slice of cheese.

I love fish-filets at MCD but I'd rather go to all you can eat fish and chips for $10
or Coney Island Fish and Chips for $10 too (the quantity is HUGE)

Its the proportions, if there was more sauce and cheese it would be better.

There's one close to me in Kensington Square. Is it any good?

Alphamale 04-02-2011 09:01 AM

^It's not bad. I haven't been to the Kensignton Square one but it should be on par with the New West one (which I've been to), or so I've heard.

FYI, their AYCE F&C is with basa only. Not salmon/halibut/..etc. BASA ONLY. Which tastes pretty damn good in its own right.

I believe the Kengsington one might be under renovations right now...or not. That's also something else I've heard, LOL.

I was at Kensington Cockney's 2 weeks ago. For the price of AYCE, I'd rather get their seafood platter and get a halibut & salmon + shrimp + oysters.
