Agreed.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but given the kids complete lack of concern over the consequences of his actions it sounds inevitable and not injuring anyone else is the best that can be hoped for.

I hope OP doesn't mind, but I'd like to ask a question as well. I just got a ticket, but the DL# on the ticket is wrong. Is the ticket still valid?

no its not valid anymore. same thing happened to me. distpued it and didnt even have to go court. just mailed me a letter saying that i won.

and haha this thread makes me :moderatorban:
