Is that the same as the one that's usually at the Tradex?

From my past experiences, it's not worth going unless you are getting work done there, or are shopping around for an artist.

How much is it to get tattoo'd by an artist? Do they usually charge the same or less? and anyone have any experience going to one?

Why would they charge less for their work? You'll have people getting tattoos done during the show but they're usually already pre-booked with that specific artist.

It's definitely something fun to check out if you're into ink or are interested in getting some done. I enjoyed my time there.

I got my half sleeve outline done over 4.5 hours at the edmonton show. Its weird sitting around with your shirt off having people come inspect you but its fun checking all the other stuff out, and there were an insane amount of hot girls there.

I wish more non Canadian big name artist would come to the show :p

I went there today, had a look around. I think some of the artists need to have better representatives.

I was tempted to book an appointment with that Haiti Tattoo artist but I wasn't able to talk to him, the lady tried to get me to book an appointment (and pay) THEN talk to him, didn't work for me.

There was a Korean booth where they were doing free korean wording tattoo's, the girl there couldn't show me a picture of the tattoo's that were being made, she also didn't seem to put any effort into the translations and looked like she was simply jotting stuff down.

Or maybe that's just how the tattooing process goes... can anyone give me your input?

I'd never get a free tattoo especially when its words being translated into another language. This stuff is on you forever.
