I'll marinate some chicken the night before and we'll BBQ. I'm not bringing an BBQ but if theres a BBQ pit where ever we are going then we'll be good. I'll try to bring some type of fruit platter as well or atleast lots of water melon if available.

I got bbq propane, tongs, plates, some cutlery, and a cooler and yes all this in my trunk including some calipers.....
