Traffic Ticket Possible Void? So I have a ticket for not producing my license. Today I took a closer look at it to see if there were any possible mistakes. I discovered that the officer wrote my license plate wrong; instead of NKP, it is KNP. I'm about 80% sure that it is voided because of the mistake but I'm wondering if I need to dispute it or should I just not pay it. Any past experience or advice will help. Thanks |
Why weren't you able to produce your DL? Posted via RS Mobile |
I didnt have it on me. Back to question please. Lets do this quick and easy |
Threads like these should be locked and the OP given points. Not only should that happen but the thread and ridicule for making such a thread should follow their username forever to show the rest of RS how irresponsible they are. I legitimately feel bad for the officers or former officers who moderate this forum. I would have a brain aneurism by now. |

 OP: I think you should PM a mod your full licence plate #. ...........so we can pass on the information to the proper law enforcement. |
If that is the only error on the ticket it is highly unlikely that you are going to convince a justice to toss the ticket at trial. We've pretty much discussed things like this to death here. Please read the forum rules and use search.... |
