It is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Fleet Coordinator with a keen perception and professional attitude to deliver true service and add value to a budding name. This is a very hands on service role for someone who enjoys being the driving source behind company success.


Job Description: The Fleet coordinator will assist the Location Manager with development and implementation of the local fleet service plan. Furthermore he/she will coordinate & lead all fleet activities including:
- Effectively maintaining fleet of 225 vehicles and supporting fleet location, maintenance, cleanliness and availability
- Review distribution of fleet, within the business area and develop plan to minimize vehicle downtime
- Train, coach and supervise fleet management staff and 3rd party cleaning vendor
- Coordinate with 3rd party cleaning & maintenance providers to ensure maximum up-time of fleet
- Act as in house technical expert on vehicle telemetrics
- Resolve technical issues from customer problems
- Work with North American Fleet Manager to analyze trends in maintenance and issue reports and propose solutions to improve fleet management for the location
- Analyze market historical data to optimize fleet and parking strategies
- Assist Location Manager with implementation of parking strategies



Required Skills: The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:
- Proven automotive hands on experience (experience dealing with automotive technical information systems and repair/diagnostic procedures as an assett)
- Associate's Degree/Automotive Apprentice (accredited school) or equivalent work experience(ideally coming out of a rental car company, tourism/transportation company with fleet experience would be an assett)
- Good communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
- Knowledge of city, its neighborhoods and traffic system
- Computer/Tech savvy
- Team player that likes to work independently in the field and is a good leader- this individual will be assigned a coop student that will directly report to Fleet Coordinator
- Ability to identify, prioritize and focus on critical tasks while remaining flexible to change
- Self starter and able to work independently and learn quickly
