Removing green algae?

My MS3 is growing some algae in a few spots (Taillight lenses, door window seals etc...)

What's the best product to remove this crap? One that doesn't require scrubbing? Because there's no way I could get a brush into some of these spots...

i would probably say try and pressure wash it off after spraying it with some All purpose cleaner and letting it sit for a few minutes. Sadly im not an expert with algae so I cant really say for certain how. I'm sure Ken gots the answer.

i had this algae problem on my backlights. I told toyota about it, they inspected and replaced the whole backlight (under warranty)! I don't think it was the headlight's fault thought it's just the way the car was designed where rainwater somehow drips into it.
